The community is a forum for configuration questions and for technical enquiries. Responses are not guaranteed.
The community is also the place you could raise technical pre-sales enquiries if you wish by asking our customer community rather than Servelocity ourselves.

Our evolving collaborative documentation wiki was launched in March 2005 to be a resource for configuring and using Servelocity and is located at wiki.servelocity.net
Email
Alternatively if you feel your technical concern is private and do not wish to post it to our community, or then you may open a ticket with our technical assistance centre (TAC) once you have registered at tac.servelocity.net however it is likely that it will take longer for your enquiry to be processed this way than via the community. If your submission has been received you will receive a ticket number.

Our target is to provide a response within two business days to a non-contract support ticket or email however we try wherever possible to provide a response more rapidly than this.
Non-contact support however is offered on a discretionary basis.
