Servelocity Support
As the majority of our customer base are highly technically able and in order to provide the most competitive product possible our private servers do not come with support as standard.
Online Ticketing
Customers should register at tac.servelocity.net where they can then submit tickets to our team. However please see below as regards to our support policy.
Email support is no longer supported, all requests should go through the ticketer.
Online Community
There is an online community where community members can help each other with setup and queries relating to their private servers. You can become a registered user within two minutes however responses are not guaranteed.

Wiki
In March 2005 we started a collaborative documentation project for Servelocity to address common configuration questions in which anyone may take part.

Support Contracts
If you require support directly from Servelocity we may, time permitting, respond to support enquiries from customers without a support contract on a discretionary basis. Such responses however are not guaranteed. Configuration questions should be resolved by the customer themselves, by making their own investigations, via the wiki, the community or by use of a consultant or inhouse expertise.
However if you require committed support you are encouraged to purchase a support contract or to use our per minute support service available at £1.00 per minute by calling 0904 448 0500 please refer to the footer for times of operation.
